	Via US POSTAL SERVICE Ayurvedic News is mailed to over 5000 people every other month and we keep adding to the list. As the size of our mailing list grows, so does the cost of printing and mailing. We are also planning on increasing the size of our newsletter gradually so that we can keep our readers more up to date on important events in the world of Ayurveda and the Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Medical Clinic. We plan to continue sending a free copy of the newsletter, as usual, to everyone on our mailing list. But due to the increase in costs, we are asking our readers to support the newsletter by subscribing.
